sensemetrics is pleased to share that it has entered into agreement to be acquired by Bentley Systems in an acceleration of our pursuit to democratize IoT and extend its benefits across infrastructure assets. Through our native cloud platform, edge connectivity, and sensor-agnostic standards we are excited to expand the scope of the Bentley iTwin platform to add intrinsic IoT capabilities for infrastructure digital twins with the incorporation of real-time sensor data.
