Solutions Engineer I

Denver, CO

Entry level role that prepares individuals for expedited career growth and provides opportunities for future specialization in multiple departments and roles within the Company. In this role, you will be introduced to the entire range of Company products and services, and be directly responsible for supporting clients with their implementation of it in a range of exciting applications.


The Work:

  • Assist enterprise and multinational organizations with the application of IoT and cloud technologies to enhance the Health and Safety of their workforce while improving environmental responsibility and stewardship.  
  • Assist customers with training and implementation of sensemetrics IoT connectivity products at project sites across North America
  • Provide remote technical assistance to customers applying Company products in industries, including: Mining, Water, Transportation, Energy, and Construction.
  • Support organized classroom and field based trainings for business partners and current and prospective clients.
  • Effectively document and communicate project progress and development details to Product, Sales, and Management teams.
  • Use appropriate processes and procedures to manage and report changes in project scope, schedule, and costs
  • Document product bugs and communicate with clients regarding interim solutions and during the resolution process.
  • Be the voice of the customer, communicating potential product improvements and feature enhancements to the Company Product team.
  • Maintain a positive relationship with the client and all stakeholders across the project lifecycle.
  • Must be able to adapt to cross-functional team engineering and sales responsibilities
  • Perform technical field assessments of tentative projects to sales team for proposal development
  • Ensure fieldwork is performed under all federal, state, and job-specific laws and guidelines


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering, construction, or computer science fields
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and have high attention to detail, as this individual will be interfacing with customers and serve as the liaison between first-hand application experience and the engineering team
  • Must be able to adapt to cross-functional team engineering and sales responsibilities
  • Must be able to work nights and weekends as project schedule(s) deem necessary
